I’ve officially missed two consecutive days of Insanity!! *hidesface* I was really busy on day 12 and really couldn’t manage, then day 13 I was out all day and got home late. On top of getting home late, I was very tired from the day before too! However, I was contemplating whether or not I should still workout but instead I’m choosing to listen to my body and not beat myself up over it.
We are human so our bodies don’t work like machines; we need rest. Our bodies find ways to speak to us and we should listen. So that is what I’m doing! I’ve decided to just exclude two of my rest days in order to make up and catch up.
With my schedule especially as a breastfeeding mother, my body needs to be kept healthy and that doesn’t only mean exercise but REST is very important. For all those who are mothers/parents we know how much of this we lack and very much need to take the time for.
With the beach outing approaching, I really want to work hard for the rest of the week and specifically focus on a good diet to help maximize results. *crosses fingers* I really hope to lose an inch, at least, on my tummy by the end of the week!!
